Does boxing still get your blood flowing?

Honestly cant remember the last match that had me on the edge of my seat. More and more Im watching MMA for knockouts and drama.

Seems like most like to follow boxing for the accounting. How much a certain fighter makes and whether a match up should "marinate" for 3-5 yrs.

This is why MMA is winning.

I dont like MMA either. But at this point they are making better matchups. I dont like the accounting style boxing has went to. I couldn't care less how much fighters and promoters make. This is the number one thing talked about here. You know it. Or racist GGG threads.

Man you dont have to indulge in these ****** threads made by trolls/alts..Sure we have bad match ups in boxing but we also get damn good fights. The problem here is most people only look at the so called high profile match ups and dont look at the sport as a whole

Not as much as it used to. I was on my feet for huck-glowacki, duradola-kudryashov, most recently. But I can't recall anything from this year that made me get off the couch. When boxing delivers there is nothing better but it's not a common theme anymore.

Yes it does. My excitement of a fight is always there before matches. Dont care who is fighting cause at any moment we could get a war. Doesnt always work but its that way with any sport.

For all my btching when the Pacquiao-Bradley fight rolled in I was hyped. I was also excited for the Spence-Algieri fight but missed it live. I'm sure I'll be hyped for Porter-Thurman.

Boxing is still king for me and there's still plenty of good fights if you know where to look, Soto Karass VS that Japanese dude for instance last Friday was pure fire.

But I agree that UFC matchmaking is crapping all over boxing's. It looks like we'll be getting some great matches by the end of the year though.

Ton of good fights this year:

                    Douglas vs. Khurtsidze
                    Cunningham vs. Glowacki
                    Soto Karass vs. Kamegai
                    Pacquiao vs. Bradley III
                    Vargas vs. Ali
                    Wilder vs. Spailka
                    Browne vs. Chaegaev

You just not looking hard enough.
