The IBF better do what the IBF does and enforce their fights. Make Brook either take the fight or drop the belt, he's held it hostage long enough. Nothing but no-names since his Porter fight.

Definitely not. I think all of these guys are around the same level (minus Broner who has decent casual following). Spence has just inducted himself into the group, but his following doesnt match his talent yet. For Brook who has mugged himself off chasing a Khan fight (and ending up fighting crap for a year or more) needs an opponent who fans recognize soon.
