The IBF doesn't do random stuff like that, they are the only sanctioning body that strictly follows their rulebook.

Brook did beat Porter when he had a lot of momentum and if he takes on Spence and beats him I think it could propel him to the #1 spot at WW. Plus he erases the bad rep he's had from feasting on bums and holding the belt hostage. Spence becomes a major player if he beats Brook and a title holder to unify with the other champs. Both men have a lot to gain from this, ball is in Brook's court.

I was wrong about bradley beating pac, but spence will stop kell late. Spence seems to have all the tools, speed, power , ring general ship. The only thing is we have yet to see how what kind of whiskers he has.
