A "prime" Mikey Garcia vs Vasyl Lomachenko @ 130. Who takes it?

What a fight that would have been. I doubt it happens since Garcia would most likely return and campaign at 140 or so but it would have been an incredible chess match. I think Garcia is too accurate, powerful and sets some good traps that would lure an overconfident Lomachenko in and drop hammers on him.

With the power Lomachenko wields... I hardly doubt he would "brutalize" any world class fighter in and around his division

Have u seen him fight recently? cause I haven't. Hence the quotations around he word prime LOL! cause right before getting into a legal battle with TR he was mandhandling some good names. Burgos, Salido and Martinez are no simple push overs. So if he comes back in worse shape and or struggles against tune ups and never returns to form, well then... I suppose that would have been his prime.

Mikey was a really good technical boxer. I think he would have beaten Loma. I cant see Loma ever hurting Mikey

Tough fight to call as neither have faced anything that compares to the other. The power difference is significant, in Mikey's favour. But against that Loma has a very high workrate, hand speed, great footwork, and fluid combination punching. Lomachenko has also shown he's got a pretty solid chin so I don't think Mikey would blast him out. I could see it going the distance and being a 7-5 kind of fight either way. Maybe a knockdown would swing the decision in Mikey's direction.

He didn't manhandle Salido, are you crazy?

he was a decent fighter though and very technically sound but I didn't see something special. At the same time, I haven't seen much special from Loma either but Loma is a better fighter.
