Am I crazy or is there a bunch of incidents where a Eastern European (ie Russian or Russian states guy specifically) loses a major fight (ie title fight or top ten caliber fight) & then the other guy tests positive for PEDs? Usually it happens in Russia or a Russian state, while this time its in Germany that it all went down, but it seems like there is a hell of a coincidence going on or something sketchy is going down.

You'd have a point if the fight took place in Russia. But it took place in Germany and Sturm's side likely set up the tests. Chudinov doesn't have big backing behind him.

Is there not a point that this has happened like 3 or 4 times in Russia or a Russian state? This one is in Germany as I myself brought up, but its still a Russian guy benefiting which is what all the cases involve as well so it seemed with noting to me.

And this stuff goes back awhile. Believe Fres Oquendo got popped a few years back vs Chagaev after a close fight & recently Lucas Browne got popped vs Chageav too in a fight Browne won. Plus its well known that the RUSADA (Russian Anti-Doping Agency) has been proven to have covered up positive tests by Russian athletes in the past. There seems to be systemic corruption in Russia with PED testing by the testers themselves. I don't think its THAT bold of an statement to suggest that there could be more things going on that reach out further then just the things that have been discovered already.

I was thinking more like Andrey Ryabinsky. I think his fighters have benefited the most or where this has happened the most.

Most notably:
-Chudinov lost to Sturm, Sturm gets popped, Chudinov is a World of Boxing fighter last I heard
-Kudryashov lost to Durodola, Durodola gets popped, Kudryashov is a World of Boxing fighter (Durodola was lucky & got his situation overturned due to improper collection methods via the RUSADA)
-Jones wins Lebedev's title, rematch is setup, Jones gets popped before the remach, Lebedev is awarded his title back, Lebedev is a World of Boxing fighter (upon googling info about this fight I discovered Don King & Ryabinsky have lawsuits against each other over this fight that never happened & over the PED testing collection methods)

An also ran situation:
In a notable fight for WoB, Wach loses & gets popped vs Povetkin, Povetkin is a World of Boxing fighter

This is just the things I came up with from memory involving WoB/Ryabinsky. Maybe more situations, maybe no more idk, but again its just an interesting coincidence at very least in particular when you throw in the other situations involving Eastern European boxers in Eastern Europe & the already exposed corruption by the RUSADA.

RUSADA was not involved. The fight was in Germany and Sturm is a highly protected German fighter.
