Comments Thread For: Russell Jr.: I'll Follow Lomachenko To Any Weight Class for Revenge

Featherweight titleholder Gary Russell Jr. has matches he wants in the near future in his division, but he's also willing to travel beyond 126 pounds to face the only man to beat him in the pros.

Atta boy. Wasn't there something wrong (sickness, minor injury) with Gary in the first fight? Either way, I pick Loma, but wouldn't mind seeing the fight again.

Gary might have a slight edge in speed, but that's his only "advantage".

Loma beats him 10 out of 10 times.

Russell was outclassed. I have no interest unless he does something dramatic like cleaning out 126. But he won't do that fighting TBA's once per year.

Probably for the best if he doesn't, I can't see it being much different. With LSC-Frampton in the works, I hope he goes after Selby after this next fight and we can get towards seeing who the best at 126 is.
