What is HBO giving you? Why do people love HBO and hate Haymon?

People dislike him because of his unethical practices with other promoters, his close relationship with Mayweather and perhaps his unwillingness to work with Bob Arum and Golden Boy (unsure about Golden Boy). Furthermore he can be overprotective with his fighters ie Telling Santa Cruz to duck Rigondeaux.
Hes taking over also which can be a good or bad thing, monopolization is never a good thing.

That being said, the only thing i care about are fights and good matchmaking. While there are a lot of bad match ups there are a lot of good ones. Theyre free and all available on youtube.
Hes good in my book and should be good with all boxing fans
