Khan plans to sacrifice speed, power, and most likely stamina, and manage to beat Canelo when he couldn't even impressively defeat Algieri? More power to him, but I don't see it.

The guy looks fat, even with a shirt on. That in addition to him being nowhere near as skilled as he thinks he is will not help at all. His fine china is also an issue.

Nelo is just as skilled as khan OE even more so. Nelos problems are his flat feet.
Khan has to move, that's all Floyd did

He's not expecting to win. He's planning to stand his ground and fight. That's impressive enough. The WBC should start making belts for effort and punctuality. It's not always about winning.

                I don't think so. He's saying they'll fight.

He's continuously said he won't trade with him, so why would he say anything else?

He's obviously not going to trade with Canelo. Remember the buildup to Frampton-Quigg? It was going to be an all out war and they were both gonna knock the other guy out. Except it was a chess match for most of the fight because they were trying to create false expectations for 2 reasons:

                  1) For fans to buy the fight.
                  2) For the opponent to prepare a different game plan.

Having said that, I don't think for a second that Canelo believes Khan's not going to utilise his best strengths of hand and foot speed in this fight.

Honestly I think Khan strategy going into the fight is all wrong. He shouldn't have put on so much weight and just try to stay away from Alvarez. If he just throws out 1-2 combo and not get too cute and throw barrage of punches and stay in the pocket too long I think he probably win. He's not that smart though and he's either show boating or just want to prove something and he gets caught with something and he ends up losing.

Alvarez isn't that great at cornering and doesn't really utilize his size to pressure his opponents. I'm not sure why he's always trying to outbox his opponents instead of just using his size advantage he have against everyone he fights against.
