Why are Japanese and Korean fighters taking so much punishment?

Can someone teach these guys defense? man move your head, all they do is fight Mexican style, like rock em socken robots or something.

Seriously in order to get a license to fight they need to test them to see if they got defense or at least slip shots, I seen a Japanese fighter eat 12 punches in a row wtf? I get scared watching them fight cause im worried they might get badly damaged, I like a slug fest but man these guys are too extreme when it comes to taking punishment, I don't like that stuff I like it when its competitive high level like a Chico Corrales vs Castillo 1 fight.

Can't they get some teachers over there like the Cubans when they first started learning boxing they learned from the Soviet Union?

Mexicans take alot of punishment as well. Cultural thing, Japanese have samurai type mentality
