This is great. USS is a standup guy and a throwback type of fighter. Much respect! Hope he gets that 3rd title.

I actually wished Cunningham went a lil harder with this & sued the NJ commission. What people overlook or forget with this specific situation is Tarver passed NJ's ineffective PED test, but was caught by VADA's or USADA's (idr who did their testing) test. I think suing the commission could get NJ & other commissions taking a harder line with testing & punishments.
Not sure if there are legal entanglements or waivers signed before fighting under NJ's or any commission that would be problematic with this doe so maybe its not possible idk.

Tarver tested positive for synthetic testosterone before he fought to a 12-round heavyweight draw with Cunningham on August 14 at Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.

Good idea in principle, but in reality doubtful it will do much if anything for the sport like he's pushing for it to do. First, I don't think a civil lawsuit will be able to get Tarver to spill the beans on his source. I think only in a criminal case can you do that. 2nd, Tarver is broke, and even future earnings won't amount to much. If NJAC gets sued, and Cunningham wins, yes that's a major thing. If he can afford to do it then go with it. I just think he ends up having to fork out a lot of money for little if any results. We'll see.

USS Cunningham. You gotta love him. He takes it on his shoulders to help save the integrity of the sport.
More power to him!

Instead of trying to help his community, he decides to sue another black man whose close to bankruptcy. He needs to learn how to see Tarver as a brother instead of some distant stranger. He needs to change the way he lives and the way he eats.
