Honestly if thats the biggest fight he can get & he legit can't make 155 healthy (as I speculate might be the case regardless of any fights him or his team might have wanted at that weight or below, he's not weighed 156lbs or less going all the way to his amateur days 14 years ago) I can't blame them for taking it. It seems almost expected by most fans that Canelo will take another opponent for September. BJS wants $6M or whatever which seems like a price out to most fans. Idk whats up with Jacobs but I have no reason to believe that fight is anymore makeable than any of these other fights so maybe Ramirez makes sense excited or not about that particular fight.

Maybe if GGG can beat a dominant big young 168 champion his haters will quit trashing him. I don't think they will though. They don't want him to succeed. They want him to lose so they can say he always was a hype job. That's why they want him to give up almost 20 pounds on fight night to fight the great light heavyweight Ward. What's funny is some of them are also trashing Canelo for fighting the slightly smaller Khan. On the 30 day before the fight weigh in Canelo was 163 to Khan's 161. Big deal. Ward was 186 on fight night in his last fight compared to GGG's 168 on fight night. Ramirez is much better than I thought he was. I thought Abraham would beat him but he won every round. He is a good puncher and will have big height and reach advantages over GGG. It's a very dangerous fight for GGG and a great fight. I hope it happens. Oscar is acting like he has no intentions of having Canelo fight GGG. He is talking that damn let the fight marinate stuff and talking about other fighters for Canelo's next fight instead of fighting GGG. Saunders could have a unification fight with GGG any time he wants. He clearly doesn't want to fight GGG.

I think it would be quite a good fight. Probably even good enough for PPV. Mexicans will turn in, ratings should be far better than what Lemiuex brought.

Canelo and Ramirez would both beat that coward Little G to death. I want to see the ring soiled by the Great White Hope's blood. And really he isn't even white, .

Not a cherry pick. A selective pick. Just two weeks ago Sanchez said they'd only move up to 168 for a big money fight. I guess Ramirez is a big draw now.....

what i see here in this forum is that Mayweather fans are so afraid of what GGG can or has accomplished that they are always trying to put him down.

Maybe they think putting the guy down has something to do with Mayweather himself, and for real, there is no co-relation between the two.

They can be good or bad both on their own.

I really don't understand all the hate, let the guy fight, let him win or loose, but for real, keep it quiet because you all look a little ****** from time to time.

people pay too much to what Sanchez says... majority of the trainers, promoters and fighters talk ****.

How selective can you be when you are going up a division to fight an undefeated champion who has every size advantage over you (reach, height, weight).
