I think a prime Ali needs mention here. Imagine him being that much faster than any welterweight than he was over heavyweights had he fought there?

It is still Meldrick Taylor for me as well, his punches you would have to wait for after the round for Instant Replay to see what landed because when he swung it was just a blur

I agree with either Meldrick Taylor or Roy. I think Gary Russell is not that good but he is super fast.
