Not really. No one can claim Pac was injured if Pac said he wasn't.

He said he wasn't injured on the Commission forms before Mayweather.

And then after the fight he said he was injured during the fight. Then he had surgery, the scars of which were up close for many to see in Vegas at the weigh in for Bradley III and during the fight.

Keep up bro, this isn't that difficult to understand.

He said he was injured before the fight. Stop leaving stuff out to suit your agenda.

Pacquiao's a liar or he just doesn't know and needs someone to tell him he's injured.

Wanna know what happened to Pacquiao for supposedly misrepresenting his status on the pre-fight forms? Nothing, because nothing was wrong with the forms as written. He said he exacerbated a shoulder that wasn't a problem requiring surgery before the fight. He never claimed to be too compromised to go through with the Mayweather fight. Only that he hurt his shoulder during the fight and got surgery on it afterwards. If that surgery hadn't taken place, we would all know it by now because the many people that saw him this past weekend would have called him out on the lack of physical signs of the surgery.

He lied on the form or about the injury. This is fact. BrometheusBob trying to rewrite history.

I'm not sure how that is at all contradictory to what I said. You might want to reread my comment.

I never bought the injury story in the first place.

Read the question on the form and the box he marked.

Pacquiao said he had a scan which shown a tear and was advised to rest which is why he cancelled sparring. That sounds like an evaluation to me.
