He said I'll knock you out over the phone. We've all been there, threatening bodily harm when we get off our hinges, but in most cases we don't act on our threats. There was NO EVIDENCE that he grabbed her round the throat. He's been suspended based on her allegations and that's what wrong with the justice system. A woman can say her partner hit her, with no physical proof, and still have her day in court. All this guy wanted was to get in his flat and get his possessions, and she was probably being a b1tch about it.
