  • Yeah, Pacquiao ends his career fighting the #2 welterweight in the world in a very good fight. Mayweather ends fighting Andre Berto in a boring ass fight.

As soon as the mid rounds came in Berto/Mayweather, I fell asleep. That fight was a good cure for insomnia.

Nobody will remember pacquiao beating Tim Bradley for the 3rd time. He won 27 out of 36 rounds. There was no need for the fight anyway. just like no one will remember floyd beating berto.

But we will always remember pacquiao losing to Floyd in the biggest fight in the history of the sport and then giving excuses after

20 years form now nobody will say you remember the night pacquiao fought bradley for the 3rd time.

      You won't either

Yeah, people will remember Pacquiao and his fun fights. People are already forgetting bout Pacquiao/Mayweather. It was hammered by 100% of the press, even late night talk shows.

20 years from now people will remember Pacquiao fighting Bradley for the third time in a fun fight to end his career.

People are actively trying to forget the boring coma Mayweather put us through in his fight against "Big Bad" Berto.

Well, people who watched it for free will remember. People were leaving the arena and booing how terrible Mayweather/Berto was. People weren't booing Pacquiao/Bradley.

        • Well, Mayweather ended his career on an undefeated 49 win streak.

Pacquiao ended his career on a 1 fight win streak.

Those 2 guys in your avi including Marquez are epic battles that will be remembered through time as classic wars by this generations 4 horsemen. Pac beat those 3 silly.

Floyd never had that. Few and far epic fights.. Truth hurts. Pac did it all.

Rematch buzz is circulating as we speak, and not necessarily just because Manny lost the decision to Floyd. The controversies surrounding the first fight, coupled with Manny's post-surgery definitive win over Bradley are also factors. I'd say that maybe you are afraid that a rematch between Manny & Floyd might go differently than the first fight. You can't bear the thought of your beloved Floyd losing. You talk about records, on paper. you cant see this is A legacy fight. But honestly, what do you care about that? Are you a fight fan, or not?

This is a farewell fight for the ages.

                I'm not a Mayweather fan

I had little interest in the first fight, but Mayweather clearly won it. I have even less interest in a rematch, let them both be retired so boxing can move on without them.

Great post!! PAC vs Bradley 3 was unneeded, proved nothing.
