no not really, his leverage is completely gone now that he is retired and the draw is done.

They arent going to do mayweather any special favors they were doing before cause the leverage is gone. Before mayweather power was himself. Haymon was the one who leverage mayweather it wasnt mayweather realizing his worth, haymon leverage mayweather name into a damn empire for himself and mayweather just got a flat fee.

Out of all the people Mikey can sign with Mayweather promotion can do the less for him, hes better off with Haymon or GBP

I mean, Mikey would be a good fit for Mayweather Promotions. In fact he'd be the first and only fighter out of Mayweather Promotions who didn't train out of their gym.

But the reality is that Mikey doesn't need Mayweather Promotions. He could get away with just signing with Al Haymon and not being tied down to any particular promoter. Isn't that the way it's set up with guys like Garcia, Spence, Porter, Thurman and all of them? Only a select few guys who fight on PBC are actually contractually tied to a promoter. For instance Broner is with About Billions Promotions and most guys that train out of the Mayweather gym are Mayweather Promotions guys.

Mikey can get more money staying promoterless but signing with Haymon.
