Won 3 belts at 140 and unified twice. Turned down the Khan fight.

Fought Pacquiao three times, beat Marquez, and beat Provodnikov in the FOTY.

Missing out on fights vs. Guerrero and Porter is meaningless. Thurman and Garcia would have been interesting, but Pacquiao 3x and Marquez was much more meaningful to his career and bank account.

He can still fight Brook if he wants to fight on in the division. Plus he has a rematch with Vargas who currently holds his old belt that would be intriguing after the way their last fight ended. I also wouldn't be surprised if guys like Cotto or Canelo gave him a phone call in the near future.

Tim Bradley is doing just fine. On the American scale of greatness, he's not a Floyd Mayweather or Andre Ward-type. He's more of a Chad Dawson-level, which is not too shabby.

He will always be known as the guy who ducked Amir Khan and won a fluke decision against Pac in the 1st fight which was cooked.

Bradley performed much better in previous fights. Perhaps he was toooo stressed with Atlas' game plan he wasn't confident enough to let go like old Bradley. We all know this. Bradley is one fighter always with a bag tricks.

The boxing industry tried to play this trilogy as something significant, when we all knew it was never in comparison to the Marquez trilogy. Keep in mind Bradley beat a Marquez that had already finished the War series with Pac...

When people look at the tapes, Bradley was different in previous fights..compare it to last night... Pac nor did Bradley really let go.

Bradley only has 2 losses and has never been KO'd. The fact that Bradley has more significant retainment at seasoned classes vs managed catchweight division gimmick and never really defended titles moving up to significant players...

I say they're both tied in Legacy.
Is this some sort of a joke?

Tim is a hall of famer imo.
          Definite overachiever
          Great motor and heart
          Excellent run at JWW

Like others have said, he's had limited options at 147 due to boxing politics. His best win at WW being against JMM. He came up short against Pacquiao x3 but that is nothing to be ashamed of. I would like to see him fight guys like Brook, Thurman, Porter, Khan and Garcia before he hangs them up but he'll likely fight guys like Vargas or Cotto.

The second best 147 pounder since moving up there, behind only Pac and May.

Plus, don't count him out yet, the guy still has plenty of fights left in him. Brook, Garcia, Thurman, Porter are all possibilities. Not to mention a Vargas rematch for a belt or a fight against either Postol or TC.

Bradley has a ways to go and could still be an ATG. If not, he still ends his career as a HOFer.

Pac was a groomed hype job. I think Edwin Valero, had he been alive - and fock that piece of shlt btw for murdering his wife - would've changed Manny's career. How Arum strategized his career was just garbage. The dark secrets of boxing only industry people really know, this is why when things break out, the press never report on it because ideally all sides are guilty... The fact that Pac never agreed to Floyd's challenge pre 2010 is just pure suspect on drug testing.

Boxing is just one of the those sports, not as high revenue as Baseball, but many secrets are kept, especially on star players..

We all know who won yesterday. Bradley has surpassed Pacquiao. He is now 2-1 against him.

Good fighter, good resume, but nothing special.

I actually think his resume turned out better than it might have. Provodnikov, Marquez, Chaves and Vargas is a good run.

Considering how none of Haymon's fighters are fighting anyone or managed even that kind of record in the same time period, I'm not so sure Bradley would have benefited from being with Haymon or any TR/PBC cooperation.

Good post minus last paragraph. He's closer to Ward than Dawson, and both way behind Floyd
