After the second knockdown, Tim finally knew that he couldn't beat Pacquiao.

After the first two fights, he could lean on his injuries as the reason he didn't beat Pacquiao. Later, he added Diaz as a reason he came up short. Atlas was supposed to finally get him over the top and give him the strategy to win. Tim knows now deep down that he will never beat Pacquiao. He was healthy and in great shape. Atlas gave him all the direction needed to be victorious and he executed his gameplan but the end result was still the same.

He was up late on friday because he had to respond to a fire and then he had to fight the very next day. Being a fireman and a pro boxer is a hard life.

He seemed rather content in defeat than usual, like that burning desire to be a winner is diminishing. I personally think he see's his career coming to an end sooner rather than later and seem's happy to be in the big events. I think he knows he's not at the elite level, but he's still very good and enjoying himself.

He looked scared to go back to his corner and have Atlas scream at him. It looks like he was fighting for Teddy Atlas rather than for Timothy Bradley. He paid for it by giving the worst performance of all 3 fights.

When you get a high profile trainer as a fighter you tend to want to impress that trainer rather than impress the judges and try to win.

He for sure was visibly dejected at the end of those last 3 or so rounds. It was unprofessional of him, but I can understand it. Manny has been a thorn in his ass competitively for the past 4 years. And he was down big, he has no power to get a late KO & Tim coulda had Freddie in his corner & Manny coulda had his mom & Buboy or whatever that obese cats name is & still loss the fight.

After that 2nd knockdown I think he realized he needed a knockout to win. I think he also realized the only way to get that knockout would be to put himself at great risk of getting stopped himself and he was content to not go too far out of his way to land that game changing punch.

nah, i think tim just finally accept the fact that he cant beat manny whether if he's healthy or not, good game plan or not. i think tim just felt relief that its over and he can finally move on from this.
