    Gilberto Ramirez...How good is he?

He's a big SMW and he could easily fight at LHW. He's big strong and a good boxer. There are some really good match-ups that can be made in the SMW division.

Good but not special. I'd like to see him fight Callum Smith.

Looks like he's lacking in power and technique. Doesn't look all that impressive.

Pretty good, but the real Mexican fighter to watch at 168 is Benavidez, that guy will be the champion. I can see a fight between them down the line.

Not really impressed because he could have done more (KO) all Arturo did was come forward. Didn't like how most of Ramirez shots landed on Arturos hand.

I like him and think he has been brought along the right way, improving every fight. Fans critiqued him over not looking great vs Vlasov but Vlasov is a decent fighter and those are the tough fights prospects need to develop.

I'd pick him over anybody right now at SMW except DeGale.

Good chance he fills out at LHW & see no reason he can't have good success there too.

Granted he isn't a one punch knockout artist but he hardly lacks power. He has more than enough pop to command respect.
In fact I think he has pretty decent power. His opponents seem to shell up a lot once hit and seem rather reluctant to take chances.

Not everyone is gifted with the power of a Kovalev.

He's very good, he like Smith will eventually both move up to light heavy, where i feel Zurdo will carry more power at his natural weight.
btw he and smith clean up super middle, hopefully we get that fight some time next year.

Wasn't the Vlasov fight at a catch weight of 172? People might have been a tad bit too harsh on Zurdo during that fight, to top it off it was in Colorado... Several factors that I personally took into consideration before jumping the gun and bashing the kid like many others on this very forum.
