So you can't have a muscular defined physique without being on drugs or is there some other obvious sign!?

Agree to disagree. Roids if a self-explanatory term, there's no need to argue semantics.

HGH gut is when the internal organs grow as a result of HGH and insulin use. Pretty much all modern IFBB pros suffer from it. You can still get on stage and place highly simply by sucking it in, as guys like Coleman and Cutler did, because the rest of the body is still as muscular as ever.

Palumboism is a more severe condition where the body seems to no longer respond to the drugs and begins to atrophy, except from the midsection, which continues to grow out of control. No one with Palumboism would ever be able to step on a professional bodybuilding stage and expect anything but ridicule.

Now please just STFU, because you're wrong about this.
They're the same condition you ****ing ******, all you've done is show two different extremes, you utter, utter spastic. Palumboism is exactly what you described, it's when the internal organs/intestines/muscles grow due to abuse of HGH/Insulin and high calorie manipulation.

There's lots of IBFF bodybuilders who suffer from mild Palumboism. I can't believe this even needs explaining, flush yourself you trash tier ******, I've been in the game a lot longer than you and actually made money off of it.

You're the one arguing it for days. Modern PED's like HGH are considered roiding even though it's not a anabolic steroid.

Just admit it and move on.

I'm not going to argue about it but the term roiding shouldn't encompass HGH use, as well. Most people on steroids are not using HGH. HGH is extremely expensive. You might use the term for it but it's wrong.

How long do these guys on heavy bodybuilder steroids usually go before they have liver and kidney problems? I remember reading an article years ago about all these pro bodybuilding circuit guys who were similar to Joshua's physique and they had the internal organs of 90 year old women.

Nobody seriously thinks he's on oeds otherwise it would be mentioned in interviews to give him a chance to respond

This right here, roid gut has one cause HGH and insulin use. There is no natural way to have that.
