    Since 2013 he's beaten

    Adama
    Geale
    Rubio
    Murray
    Monroe
    Lemieux

Somehow that's moved him from "the future of the division" to an ATG.

Then he started unifying belts and one portion of the boxing fans started calling him overrated, someone with no resume and so on.

WTF happened. Some people are really jealous of someone's success.

2011 article/thread on Boxingscene regarding Ouma being hospitalized after fight with Golovkin: http://www.boxingscene.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=488752

People back in 2011 was already speaking of Golovkin being avoided.

http://www.boxingscene.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=583211 - 2013 article/thread talking about Sturm avoiding Golovkin when he was his mandatory

      Article from 2012:

Ward words towards GGG in January 2013:

Ward himself said... the guys are avoiding him, it's not his fault.

Article/thread from 2013 when GGG stopped Maclkin and broke his rib:

Talk about anything boxing related here. Where the boxing discussion is always Non Stop!

Article/thread from 2010 when GGG was avoided by Mundine:

People talking about all the good MWs avoiding Golovkin, six years ago:

I could go on forever... people was respecting him like the tremendous fighter he is. Saying how impressive he was.

But when success and recognition came after 2014, something happened.
Assh*les started to hate him badly. They hate him, they envy him. They say he's a bum. They blame him for not having big names on his resume, when even Ward himself said it was not his fault that people was avoiding him. We have fighters like Sergio Martinez saying GGG was off the charts, and so on, but they ignore it, they just hate it. And Ward, the *******, now calls him "little G".
The ****** no brainers tell him B side, and says he needs to lose weight for a fat ginger that outweights him already.

Some people is just ****** and that will never change.

Great post. You are absolutely right.

A few of us on here are consistent, but many of these cats talking ish about GGG now were on the hype train with us then, or didn't even know who he was. But now that he is a percieved threat to X fighter, the insecurities creep in, and the bashing starts.

truth. I honestly think most of the GGG hate is because he is asian.

Most of the hate started when he became a threat to Canelo and Nayweather. Most of these guys knows he beats them both and simply want to discredit him.

BJS has publicly started that he needs at least 18 months to be ready for GGG. Everyone always have an excuse. He is not avoiding, he is avoided. If Lara could not hurt canelo you think he can hurt GGG? You think ángulo hits harder than GGG? GGG sends Lara to the canvas harder than ángulo did. Behave man. Stop the trolling, its too obvious.
Since Ward's statement in 2012, it's hilarious to see you try to act as if nothing's changed since then. Erislandy Lara would be the biggest scalp on Golovkin's entire professional resume, yet K2, the "boxing media", and folks like you are bent on acting like he doesn't exist. Rather than call "Lara's bluff", K2 chose to fight Willie Monroe Jr instead; lol.

Yes, Billy Joe Saunders did say, at some point, that he needed something like 18 months to be ready for Golovkin (googled it and found that the statement was made December 2015); still, in the same vein, Billy Joe Saunders seems to be a big money offer away from now being ready for said fight this Summer, in about half of the time that was initially spoken of.

A shame that K2 had to blatantly lie about the type of money being offered for the fight.

Is Golovkin a world's better puncher than "Perro" Angulo is? I sincerely doubt it. To then act, as if Golovkin could stand there and withstand the type of beating that Angulo took to get inside on Lara, is even more laughable.

Just because you want to keep saying that "he's avoided" (when there are 154 fighters on the record as being willing to come up to tax that ass [pause], and basically the entire 168lb division is basically daring him to let his 34-year old 5'10 frame come up the 8 pounds) doesn't make the statement any less foolish.

-HBO seems to not give a **** whom Golovkin chooses to fight (their airing of Golovkin-MonroeJr making that clear)

Protect the bull**** if you want but, if Golovkin was truly able to go and whoop Lara, there's no doubt that HBO would hype the **** out of the victory ("Lara, the guy who folks believe actually beat Alvarez, got destroyed by the mighty Golovkin").

Tbh, they believe it when you state it, especially when you have a legion of followers that love Thunderdork Boxing (youtube channel) that tries so hard to justify purses and Lil'Gs opposition of choice. This is why everybody and their mother knows exactly what time it is when a boxer, HOF, trainer, industry all state "it's a business." Meaning they agree that choices will come off as a duck and rightly so. Some are more apparent than others.

For example! I wish McGuigan and Frampton would just man up and admit the high risk low reward... how does Frampton say himself in a post fight conf. that he has always loved the idea to fight Rigo but then goes quiet when McGuigan says the money isn't right. Everybody knew that Rigo vs Frampton was next after the ****ens and Quigg bout.

Even Warren said it himself after the ****ens fight Rigo would take on Frampton all in the context of Box Nation. This is what is wrong with boxing that many dummies here actually believe the Visa problem was caused by Rigo. Everybody knows Rigo would school ****ens so being paid to not fight perhaps for the same amount isn't bad in Rigo's mind?

Thé reason Rigo didn't fight ****ens was because Box Nation orchestrated it all and even paid Roc Nation compensation, easily, all so that Warren could protect McGuigan's cocerned investment and not ever or any time soon fight Rigo.

That's all it is - really. These posters are completely irrelevant though, real boxing fans always knew how good Golovkin is.

I am watching boxing since last 47 years and honestly I have not seen anyone like Golovkin. They way he controls his distance with his calculated aggression and movement is out of this world. His only haters are black supremacists or blind lovers of Canelo who imho is overrated.
