This is a thread for all those who can appreciate Adrien Broner for the character that he is. Boxing needs its villains and its dunces. Broner is a perfect combination of both.

I honestly hope he ends up fighting Mayweather if Mayweather unretires. It would be more compelling than any other possibility. People wouldn't know who to root for!

I wouldn't say he's a dunce. Most boxers are quite dim, Broner just happens to wear his heart on his sleeve and isn't afraid to let you know what he's thinking.

Well since you put it that way I guess he does make a hell of a villain. I have been a boxing fan forever and a day and I can't remember a boxer I disliked more than him. I don't even like the way he dances. He can't dance wroth a ****. I always want to see him get his ass kicked and I am thrilled when that happens.

I think he dances cool. Actually he always shows better footwork while he's dancing than in the ring.

If Broner lived up to half the hype he had, he'd become a gloves superstar.

Sadly he's just not that good and to portray that despised villain role you have to be able to back it up. People aren't going to pay to see you lose when you lose everytime you step up.
