Comments Thread For: Joshua Doesn't Consider Martin Toughest Opponent Of Career

Anthony Joshua can't imagine Charles Martin emerging as the toughest opponent of his brief pro career. The confident contender from Watford, England doesn't think the 6-foot-5, 250-pound Martin will match Dillian Whyte's intensity and expects to knock out the unbeaten IBF heavyweight champion "within six rounds" Saturday night at O2 Arena in London.

Seems like a lot of people agree with what Joshua said.

I got over half of Martin's fights & i have no idea how good he is. He hasn't been tested at all. Still hard to believe he is IBF champion...

              He shouldn't take Martin lightly.

There is so much unknown about these two, so taking them both as pretty much untested-
Joshua looks a bit blown up,primed to slow to a stop in later rounds and, is he calculated or a little ponderous? Still, I think he'll go straight through Martin in 4 or less.
Martin doesn't seem to have the greatest balance and he reaches with his punches a lot. If he has a good chin and that left is always ready to throw a serious punch, then it might all be different.
