Donaire is/was a bigger name and $$$ draw than Frampton and then got beaten by Rigondeaux. Donaire was looked on as **** afterwards and I bet he wouldn't bother if he had the decision to make again.

The way boxing works today is more about money then competition. That being the hand todays fighters are dealt I fully understand why Rigo is in the position he's in & his potential opponents have lil to no desire to get in the ring with Rigo. It is what it is.

Anyone who's a fan of Rigo or competition between talented fighters will be disappointed, but most boxing fans today are asses in seats/PPV buy fans that don't care about #1 & #2 fighting if its not an event fight. This is why few give a **** about any lower weight 1 vs 2 fights or Stevenson vs Kovalev & other fights that don't involve a big name who can sell tickets &/or PPV's.
