Another reason Saunders isn't looking to fight GGG anytime soon

Blackwell v Eubank Jr: Almost 1.5m viewers tune in to title clash

According to official figures from the Broadcasters Audience Research Board (B.A.R.B), the March 26 clash between Nick Blackwell and Chris Eubank Jr. brought in almost 1.5 million viewers.

Saunders-Eubank Jr II is the fight to make. Fighting overseas on HBO does nothing for Saunders. He loses a belt and makes half of what he can make fighting Eubank again. If he fights and beats Eubank Jr again and the fight does these types of numbers or better, GGG has to come to the UK to fight him.

Eddie Hearn has to be ****tin himself! These numbers and Haye's numbers shows the UK public wants free boxing. Hearn said Eubank Jr leaving him for this fight was a mistake on Eubank Jr part. He was wrong.

Yeah I saw a recent interview with Billy Joe saying A rematch with Eubanks was on the table with Eubank getting 900k but he chose to fight Blackwell instead for like 1/10 the $.

But if that's the case BJS would probably make North of a million. Why would BJS give up his belt when he'd make more fighting Bursak (slap, slap, slap) and Eubank with a good chance of keeping his belt after.

It seems you like complaining about GGG's resume and looking for reasons the other fighters in the division shouldn't fight him. Fanboyism at its finest.

I'm pointing out the simple business of boxing. Seems like GGG fans boys think every boxer in the MW division should do what's best for GGG's career instead of what's best for their own. If GGG wants a big fight he gotta take a risk just like all other fighters have done and are doing. Or he'll be sitting there with the WBC belt fighting Heiland as his first defense. Gotta be willing to sacrifice to make the big fights. Kovalev gets the big fights because he doesn't care where he has to fight and he'll take the short money just to beat your ass in front of your fans.

1.5 million isn't that good for free TV in the UK. Free TV also pays peanuts.

You're posting example of why no one takes your seriuosly. No one is interested in knowing the millions of reasons Saunders can duck GGG. All we care about is the best fighting the best at MW. How about making an intelligent thread on why the fight should happen this year.

I'm staring to see why the sport is losing fans, it has advocates like you trying to explain why Fighter A doesn't have to fight Figher B. Do us all a favor and just stop, you're embrassing the boxing public.

Wow. Honoring the duck, and insulting the one being ducked. Okay.

Good numbers, will be even better for Saunders-Eubank Jr 2.

Eubank is going to be a big, big draw very soon. When he takes Saunders' world title, he'll go to another level.

Fighting Eubank Jr. isn't a duck smh. Ya'll GGG fans think if a MW fights anybody but GGG it's a duck. Eubank Jr-Saunders would be a great fight. The first one was a good fight.
