Does anybody else remember the circumstances surrounding this fight? Where the medical commission was delaying approving Barrera on the week of the fight because he had a metal plate in his head.

I think after that ordeal right before the fight, Barrera wasn't mentally focused and thrown off his game.

Not that Pac wouldn't have won anyways but to me it felt like Barrera wasn't as focused that night as he usually was.

Either Barrera is lying or he has the ******est training camp in the world at that time. Pacquiao though relatively unknown to casuals was being hyped up by the HBO pundits as the next big thing, and was considered to be the biggest puncher between 122-130 as he had a 95% KO ratio in his last 25 fights and just KOed a mexican prospect but you still dont know the guy?

He’s implying that PAC wasn’t a big star yet as he eventually grew to be. That was an awesome fight tho.
