Where's the other option? We all know Brook's next opponent is gonna be a taxi cabber.

EDIT: Didn't read the question, my bad. I'd love to see a Thurman but if he's gone, Peterson.

Petrson is coming off 2 losses in his last 5 fights, has he ever even fought at 147? His last fight with Felix Diaz, he looked kind of shot

Vargas has a title, easy fight for Brook

Spence we really don't know jack crap about, maybe a little to green for Brook

Porter rematch would be easier to sell in the UK

Brooks is in a horrible position if Hearn can't negotiate a big name.

He might as well sign with Haymon

Why is Porter an option and why are people voting for him? He's fighting Thurman in June.

Also Provo is fighting Molina in June.

If Kell can't get a fight with one of the belt holders, I'd like to see him fight the winner of Spence vs Algieri (almost certainly Spence) in July.

Or Peterson could be a last resort.

If Spence walks over Algieri, then yes Brook might as well fight him, if it's on the table

Peterson didnt impress me in his last outing, he's beginning to look like a shot fighter, like Guerrero and Lopez. Brook will knock him out, especially at 147. I would take Chaves over Peterson

There are rumors Hearn is going to pit a b level fighter against Brook next and promise the fans a big fight at the end of the year....sound familiar?

Between those Vargas or Peterson. Peterson made Garcia look bad, and has more experience at the top level than Vargas. But on the other hand, Vargas is coming off of looking sharp and dominant in a fight where he was a ~1/3 underdog. Spence close runner up, especially if he looks good against Algieri.

I think Lamont Peterson is a great measuring stick. He beat Danny Garcia no matter what those judges said. Peterson is a very good boxer. I vote Peterson.

Spence is a massive threat, he's the only guy at 147 I would confidently pick to beat Brook. Brook ain't fighting him at this stage.

Peterson is still a good fighter, he clearly beat Danny and the guy he struggled against last fight is an Olympic gold medalist and a very good fighter, I wouldn't make too much of it. I think Brook would beat him for sure, but it's not a bad fight.
