Peter Fury, the trainer and father of heavyweight contender Hughie (19-0, 10 KOs), has told BoxingScene that they are hoping to secure a title fight for the 21-year-old's next outing, which will take place at London's Copper Box Arena on April 30 on a Frank Warren-promoted show.

    How about Haye v Hughie?

We keep hearing about how Hughie's ready for anyone. Haye would be a good benchmark. Not that I like the look of that fight for Hughie; it'd be a massive step up.

I think someone like David Price or Dillian Whyte would be better for Hughie, and they would be good match ups IMO.

I like the sound of both of those fights. Hopefully Warren/Hennessy can get Hughie a meaningful fight, it's long overdue.

It would be a very smart move ,cash in on a big money fight before Hughie gets waxed by anyone in the to 10.

Give Hiughie a title shot against Joshua or Chuckie MARTIN

Hughie deserves a title shot immediately as the bums Hughie has beaten justify an immediate title bout. Boxing has integrity and honor so award Hughie with a big time fight. Hughie desevers this opportunity.

Considering AJ is British/CW champ and has yet to vacate (will likely do so with a IBF win) I think Hughie should fight someone like a Price or Whyte. That should keep him occupied while the Brit and CW titles become vacant and then he can fight for one of those, probably defend before the year is over.

If Hughie is as good as they say he is, next year he should be stepping up to Euro level and end the year with a world class opponent.

David Price would be very intriguing.

I know he is a fall guy but if he sticks at it. Eventually David Price is going to send a very good fighter to the fucking moon.

I am ready to see him step up.

A good test would be big baby, Arreola, AJ. Maybe Briggs.
