Fury jealous that Joshua is about to snatch his IBF title.

A worthless platitude. Plenty of punchers learnt to be punchers by altering their training and changing their style, Tommy Hearns being the obvious one.
Unless you have the bones of a small bird or the musculature of an anorexic girl you can be trained to punch hard. Might not be in your best interests, given your style and other factors, but it can be done.
Bradley's lack of punching power is entirely down to his technique.Last edited by Fury4daWIN; 04-01-2016, 02:51 AM.Comment

The fact that he beat the undisputed champ and made it look easy makes him great. Now answer the same question about Joshua.Comment

Gotta laugh at the hypocrisy on here. Frampton and Quigg got non stop abuse on here for fighting for a title that rightfully belonged to Rigo. Yet when the same is happening to Fury, people are accusing Fury of being jealous lol. At least Frampton and Quigg were the best of the rest. Joshua and Martin are barely top 10. Fury is completely correct as usual.

As opposed to being robotic, stiff and green as a cut shoot?
Wlad, despite his age, had a phenomenal wealth of experience. What experience does Joshua have? He's only had to deal with adversity once in his professional career, and he didn't even hit the deck, just got momentarily wobbled. He's never had to go the distance, never had to dig deep when his lungs are burning and his limbs feel like lead and he's down on all the cards. He's never had to adapt because his current game plan isn't working. He's used to having everything his own way.
Yes his hunger and freshness can be an asset, but it can also be a hindrance, and if he can't land those shots on Fury which he was able to land on all his other opponents to date how well does he cope with that? Fury's the slipperiest and most unorthodox fighter in the division. Let's see how Joshua handles a guy like Szpilka or Scott before proclaiming him official Fury bane.Comment

Thing is, Fury has improved by leaps and bounds in the last two years. Way more than Joshua, or in fact any other fighter I can think of. I can totally understand a big strong lad like Joshua manhandling the sloppy brawler Fury of the Cunningham/Chisora 1 days, but this new iteration? Not so much.Comment

Did you watch the Olympics? AJ was gifted the semifinal and gold, he was very easy to hit back then, and not the technically gifted amateur that you would expect from the hype. He has obviousy improved alot, but his head is so static getting into range and after his combos. Like Wilder if he lands the right its lights out, but if vlad was unable to land on Fury....Fury is just salty that AJ has a gold medal and good backing.
Joshua has very good footwork for a heavy weight. Not the fastest feet but he is always on balance when he punches which helps his power. Fury is always punching off balance and while he is jumping in mid air, hence why for a 6'9 250 lb man he has the punch power of a cruiserweight.
I used to like Fury a lot, but he talks out his ass so much. One day he hates boxing and wants to retire, the next hes a born fighter who lives to fight. And now he's claiming an olympic gold medalist has no skills...Comment

He wasn't gifted the semifinal, from what I remember, but he definitely should have lost his opening and final bout. It annoyed me that he won the medal through hometown bias since I knew it would be used to promote him falsely to casual fans and I can't stand a manufactured product, which is exactly what AJ has turned out to be.Did you watch the Olympics? If he goes on to justify the hype then good on him, but the man's been gifted everything in his career and is now being gifted a world title against a weak, fluke-champion. I just can't get behind that. Earn your stripes first, before wearing them.Comment
