If you mean Manny siaca is second tier i don`t think he is

Siaca is hugely underrated. He has never lost a single fight outside of World championship fights. He was cheated out of a win against Mitchell (first stopped prematurely when Siaca was clearly ahead and winning, and then Mitchell got a very controversial SD) and then Siaca won a clear victory over Girard in France, but was once again cheated. Girard was forced by the WBA to give Siaca a rematch, but decided to drop the belt rather than face Siaca again.

Most people know too little about Siaca and underrate him wildly.

Okay, Joe just beat a over-rated guy with only 20 profights under the belt.The fights before Lacy wasn´t impressive at all.. And now you all say he he can´t be beaten? Good call guys - you make me laugh
