He's WBO champ, and he's pretty good. Moving up and fighting a top5 fighter is a respectable move.

It sucks that Loma has to give up his Featherweight belt for Valdez.
But there really wasn't any fights for Loma at 126 anyway. I just really wanted to see that Rigo fight, but you can't force someone to fight you.
I'm sure Valdez and Vasyl will meet in the future though. Valdez and Loma have to build themselves up a bit. Hopefully JoJo gets in the mix as well.
Valdez won't be a whining b*tch like Walters and Rigo.

I don't mind this fight. It's a title shot immediately at a new weight class and Loma would have a fight lined up against Berchelt afterwards, so he wouldn't have to think about what's next after that. Vasyl better be careful of the judges. Rocky has received a quite a few decisions he didn't deserve.

I can't wait to see those millions Walters is going to get for his upcoming fights.
