[B]Ward has the better resume, is the more proven fighter....why should he make all those sacrifices when he hasnt had to weigh below 68 in years.
Kinda lame when his team said Froch, Degale and Chavez were ok at 168
they wanted to take a little out of ward because they knew a 100% Ward was gonna be a MAJOR obtstacle.
Sad thats what they do now....fight the decent guys at the full weight and try to drain the better fighters.
I can understand floyd vs Canelo or Pac vs Margarito....mayweather and Pac were waaaaay smaller
Ward has what...ten pounds on him naturally....Pac and Floyd did that regularly....mayweather fought guys 15 pounds bigger than he was fight night and still was stylin'
They were okay with Carl Froch and JCC Jr., because there is a lot more $ involved. Stop acting like $ doesn't matter in boxing. It always has, and always will, to every single ****ing fighter.
Ward is a smaller draw than Golovkin. Carl Froch, and JCC Jr., are both larger draws.
He's willing to give up physical advantages in height, and weight, against Froch and JCC Jr. Not Ward, because Ward isn't as popular as Golovkin is, as we see from his Barrera fight.
Even Ward knows this. He knows Golovkin doesn't want to fight him because he has been aiming at a fight with Canelo. Golovkin is doing what any other boxer would have done.

trust me....everyone has their favorites but I like EVERYONE to get treated fairly...they all have families to feed and if I've accomplished more than you, my check should reflect that
