You looked at their capacity for their NBA setup. For boxing it's much smaller, especially if they have a stage and a large media section.
Venues have set changes and seating changes for the particular event.
People forget that the StubHub center in L.A. is a soccer stadium but it's configured to seat around 5K for boxing events.
