Im no ggg fan, i think he is slow, and basic. But the ones wanting him to move up to fight ward are the same ones who dont criticize rigondeaux who is also an old guy but they love who fights scrubs, and say he is too small to move to 126 from 122 but boast about how he beats up big men in nonito.

This is mainly racial, they see ggg a non black getting love and dont like him, they also hate chocolatito. If you notice they also enjoyed ggg getting low ppv numbers, in his first ever ppv, wtf? They really are haters the guys first ppv and they already loving that it was low numbers. Whats weird is they have no issue with ward calling out a little guy in ggg and allow him to do so with no hate, but if a non black dide that they would say he is picking on little guys, they actually said pacquiao was picking on smaller weight fighters in brandon rios and algieri lmao rios is taller and walks around at 180 and algieri is tall and walks around at 170 yet they said pac is picking on small guys. They are hoping some gullible person will believe them. These guys are nothing but race bias agenda driven illogical, unfair and biased.

I agree with this. I can easily see canelo schooling gg at 155

He is not a big Middleweight. Why should he move up to SMW?

Skill for Skill Nelo is the better fighter in my opinion and i can see him out boxing GGG,But GGG does have the power to end it at any time...Nelo is going to have to go in there and prove it tho and drop that 155 bull****

Dude, seriously? Most people here don't even care about Rigo. Bringing him into the conversation to make it a "racial" thing is just outrageous. I'm debating whether or not to ask you to apologize for such a devious post.

He's cleaned out his division, or at least those who are willing to fight him (on his terms). His team has already stated they won't fight Canelo under his terms (who is the A-side), so that leaves him with no options. Why can't he move up 8 measly lbs to secure his greatness?
Im a huge proponent of the top fighters challenging themselves and push their skills to the limit.

With the issue you are talking about, Pacman and Floyd moved up in weight so why cant GGG do it too. I agree with that but I also look at it like this. Pac and Floyd moved up because they started their championship career's in the early 20's, so as they got older they their body got bigger and moving up was their only solution.

Now with GGG, who got a later start to his championship career because of his long amateur career, IMO he is just at a stage where its not feasible to move up. At the age GGG is at now, Pac and Floyd were at their highest weight in their career at the same age, so maybe GGG is just peaked in weight at this age as were Pac and Floyd at the same age.

Now I do believe GGG needs to step up his game and really challenge himself, absolutely. He is fighting no hopers IMO. I have always wanted Pac and Floyd to push the skills to the max limit and see where their true ceiling is at and for the most part they did, even though IMO I think Floyd could have pushed higher since I have always thought he was an amazing fighter, but that's for another discussion.

GGG at his age needs to get bigger and better fighters in the ring with him. If that means he needs to get less money to attract those fighters then that's what he needs to do as it will help build his brand and in turn make him more money down the line.
