The guy struggled with Chris Algieri and Julio Diaz in recent times ffs. It's like you guys choose to forget certain things.

Both former World champions. Diaz's last fight was a draw vs Porter before Khan and Algieri was not only a former World champion, but beat a legitimate name in Provodnikov who himself could have gotten the nod vs Bradley.

A world of difference than struggling with Carson Jones and future HOF, Philip Kotey.

Kell Brook would only need to land one good punch in that fight.

But you're trippin about the 4 to 1 odds bro lol... Odds would most likely be in Khan's favor slightly, if the fight were today.
Great footwork?? Khan's footwork sucks, sure his feet are fast but his balance is poor and he has no good sense of distance at all..

He has quick feet and he's always in position to get his shots off. Maybe great was an overstatement, but saying his footwork "sucks" is worse..

I agree too more or less on your OP 'cept the underdog status. It's a fight which should happen regardless of Khan's outcome with Canelo. Brook could end Khan down the road.

sure he is in position to get off shots...but he is never is position to avoid the returning shots unless he is literally running backwards

I rate Brook but I refuse to make him favourite until I've seen him convincingly beat just one elite fighter, hopefully this summer.
Yeah you can. But that was in 2012 mate. Nearly 4 years ago, not his last fight. Plus, it was clear as day he ran out of gas. He was putting a severe beating on Jones until the 7th round when he suddenly realized he maybe shouldn't have downed 10 pints two weeks before.

featherfisted? The guy has a higher KO rate than anyone Khan has fought since Garcia. But sure.

Khan struggled with Algieri ffs. that was last year. You're acting like fighting Canelo erases that. He got dropped by Julio Diaz for crying out loud.

Which best wins poops on Porter exactly? Malignaggi? Alexander? Judah? Algieri? Maidana?

Khan has an extremely average resume. He's been fighting people past their best and coming off losses. Generally people who can't punch and are stylistically correct for him - With the exception of Maidana who hadn't done much when fighting Khan, compared to Porter who was an undefeated WW champion.

Kell Brook has a worse resume. That doesn't mean Khan's is any good. He's never fought the best in his weightclass - Ever.

No that's not true. He's often in terrible balance, hence picks the wrong shots and leaves himself open for counters.

Look at Brook's footwork. That's great.

Based on Khan's last outing where he showed himself on the level of Algieri, he should be a solid underdog. Just like Algieri would be against Brook imo.

Porter couldn't even beat Diaz needed 2 attempts before he fought Brook
