Jones had elevated levels of testosterone from what that article states. What caused it no one seems to know for sure. The commission decided not to take action because there are loads of supplements that can raise testosterone levels.

He was 6 times over the limit. Esspecially damning when most places have 6:1 ratio.

In some places its a ratio of 10 to 1 that is cause for vacating a title or overturning a decision. Whatever the case may be, there wasn't enough evidence of Jones to cause either. Either way, Jones was clean most of his career and accomplished much more by the age of 34 than Golovkin.
