Both were chinny, both had devastating power, I think Tito had better stamina and Julian was a little more explosive, especially early. Which one takes it and why.
Julian Jackson vs Tito Trinidad at 154, who wins?

If Tito were gonna win, it'd be later. He was a notoriously slow starter. Julian started far quicker. If anyone gets hurt early, it's probably Tito. But the Hawk had the kind of power to keep him down. It depends on who that night favors.
If Tito could survive early and come on late, or if Julian hurt him early and finishes.Comment

I see Trinidad having the better defense and catching Jackson early.
However, this is a 50/50 fight either way you look at it. The one advantage for Jackson is that Tito got knocked down early a lot in his career. At one point, it was so normal for him to get floored early- Alberto Cortes, Anthony Stephens, Yori Boy Campas, Oba Carr, Fernando Vargas, David Reid all knocked him down. Of course, none of them kept him down.
Then again, none of them had power even close to Jackson's. although Yori Boy could **** like hell, despite insisting on eating every punch that came his way too, ala Provodnikov.. I pick Tito because I was always a bigger fan of him than Jackson. This one would be even odds if there ever was an even odds scrap. Would have loved to have seen it though.

True for the most part, but Tito blasted the hell out of Vargas within seconds of the fight starting. Could happen with Jackson too. Maybe an experienced Tito would have a better chance. Either way, he was a real shark and would get Jackson out of there if he found his chin first. Tito was stopped once inhis career and Jackson was stopped multiple times. If Tito were gonna win, it'd be later. He was a notoriously slow starter. Julian started far quicker. To be fair McClellan would definitely KO Tito and there's a real possibility that McCallum would too.True for the most part, but Tito blasted the hell out of Vargas within seconds of the fight starting.
