Because unlike blind fans Kov knows Ward is a special fighter , fans cannot see the artful dodgers of boxing they can only see boom , Ward is a very hard guy to beat he has the ability to frustrate the crap out of Kov , by comparison Kov must KO him to win and thats not easy.

Kovalev is making a career out of beating fighters up in their hometowns. It shows you just how strong he is mentally. It will be very difficult to defeat him.
