Yeah that's fair enough. But like I said, when has Fury ever come into a big fight out of shape? It's not like he's a Solis or Arreola type guy who just can't find the discipline to train no matter how big the occasion. He just blows up in between fights, which is going to hurt him in the long run but is not, at the moment, affecting his performances. If he starts defending against top ten guys with his belly hanging over his pants and gassing by the half way mark then this becomes a much more pertinent issue.
Hearn "Fury is a easy fight for Joshua"

I like Joshua and it's great that he's knocking opponents out but at this stage I really believe that Fury would beat him. Fury seems to be a much more well rounded fighter. However, it would be great to see Joshua beat Fury. Anthony Joshua is one of the heavyweights that I'm really hoping does big things. So Ali being a fat slob in his later years is something to glorify and aspire towards? Have you seen his performances from that period in his career? He was absolutely gash, and him being a lazy slob had a lot to do with that.
The fight game is about fighting, which is something Joshua actually does. He delivers knockouts, and he delivers them in a particularly violent manner that is generally expected from a heavyweight.Comment

I feel similarly right now. Might be wrong though.I think the opposite. I've never seen any real boxing skills from Joshua that could trouble Fury. I honestly think Fury could go 12 rounds without Joshua hardly laying a glove on him.
Fury is far too intelligent for that big stiff smiling idiot bodybuilder from Watford. He just went life and death with Dillian Whyte.Comment

It has nothing to do with genetics.
The guy is obviously a gym rat and is eating the right things 247365.
That's why he's ripped. He wasn't born like it.Comment

https://<iframe width="854" height="...reen></iframe>You're right, dressing up like Batman and rolling around on the floor at press conferences is real high brow entertainment. Takes a real high level of intelligence to soak all that in. Nothing remotely contrived about that effort at all.
And don't equate not being on gear with being a fatass. Fury looks the way he does because he's a slob with a poor diet and poor training. Go and watch videos of him training and look at how awful his form is.
Well go back and see how much of a "real high brow entertainment" this is.
Speak again when you wake up.Comment

Well said Sir.It matters because it puts boxing in a bad light having someone like that as a heavyweight champion. You want a professional athlete to actually look like a professional athlete, not some slob who just rolled off the couch.
Fury appeals to the lowest common denominator and his antics have gotten predictable. And none of that **** matters if you're absolute aids to watch in the ring.
Joshua is not a 'great' fighter but he is good enough to bury the joke that Fury is.Comment

Go on about Furys appearance all you want, the facts remain that Fury is the fittest man in the division with by far the best engine. A muscled up PED fiend in Joshua was blowing out of his arse after a few rounds against the average Whyte. Joshua is an easy nights work for Fury. If you haters want to see someone beat him, better off putting your money on Ortiz. Only he is capable of beating him.Comment

Of course genetics has something to do with the way he looks.
If you get 100 people doing exactly what Joshua does they are not all going to look the same.
If it has nothing to do with genetic makeup then there should be millions of Usain Bolts walking around...Comment

Wow ok, now we're down to idiot level I see.
Of course the exact way he looks is down to genetics.
But yeah, if everyone did what he did, they would also be extremely buff and ripped to shreds.
they might not be 6'6 and have the EXACT muscle definition he has. But they would ripped.Comment
