I think he has enough power to drop Kovalev, he dropped Barrera and Brand.
Lack of power won't be Ward's main problem imo, it'll be the stamina to keep moving while Kovalev is stalking.
If he doesn't keep moving he risks getting cracked with something big.
Kovalev has more of a chin than either of them. I think it will be a combination of both stamina and power that will bring Ward's downfall, Kovalev will land, and will hurt him, and he will be forced to fight.
