I agree Ward is one of the classiest athletes I've seen. I'm a fan of him and will continue to be because he's a great representative for Boxing. He should have more fans and think he will.

Ward gives a **** about the fans. Look at his social media. The only time he retweets or talks is when someone spends money on his swag.

Why do you think he barely has any fans and can't even sell out his backyard?

The dude was suing a dead ill promoter until the bitter end. He fought 2 times in 4 years and never travels, never takes risks. Just makes excuses and excuses.

Fools the fans, the public by sending hoax offers.
I have him on Twitter, he responded to a tweet of mine. He does care about the fans. Seen him tweet many people, appreciating the fan support.

Then you must be dreaming, i am on twitter for very long and Ward only posts stuff about himself, he doesn't answer fan questions etc.

Prove me wrong, show me Ward's amazing fan support.

I'm very interested in seeing how Ward's stamina will be. He's older now, been very inactive, and now he's carrying more weight. Plus if Barrera does put up a stiff resistance, Ward's going to have to work harder than he has since Dawson or Froch over 4 years ago. I think we might see Ward gas late in the fight and really have to clinch more.

In the final round of the Bika fight Ward was really gassed and holding on to kill the action, we might see that earlier in this fight.

Ward UD. I'm actually looking forward more to the co-main.

                  what's wrong with that?

that's what a real showman would do, if he knows he's winning the match anyway

Morales used to do that all the time, that's why he was an idol. Pac, Barrera, JMM, etc they all would throw caution out of the window at times, just to make the fight more exciting for the fans who pay to watch

but Ward is a smug, self absorbed dbag, so ofc he's gonna play it safe even against an overmatched opponent. he's like Rigondeaux, and neither will ever be a superstar, for that same reason

It's so unbelievable, it almost looks like sarcasm.

Yeah Marquez really through caution out the window against Freddie Norwood, Chris John, Floyd Mayweather and Tim Bradley

Ward already makes more money than 99% of boxers, has a deal with Jordan, is signed with Jay Z, and has the NBA champions walking him out of the tunnel. These benefits will continue of he keeps winning.
