hatton v. floyd is a fight that should have happened at jr. welterweight, but their weltweights now, Margaritos kingdom!
welter is not margaritos kingdom and if he ever wanted it to be he lost his chance because hatton and floyd are there now and margarito is obsolete in the division now. he is nothing in the welterweight division with floyd, hatton, and the other dudes that i mentioned, whether or not they are heading toward retirement they are still way too good for margarito.

From a capitalistic standpoint, and the one mayweather is grounded, fighting Margarito is the most intelligent business move: he will get the most money out of this bout. The questions, then, is 'why the hesitancy on the part of Mayweather's camp to ink a deal to fight margarito?'

Mayweather is scared as you said, its a huge payday but he wants none of Margarito.

Tell me about it. I also like the way he moved up to Junior Middleweight and tried to take over that division. The "Great" Daniel Santos sent him right back to welterweight.

Margarito is a the most overhyped boxer in 20 years, but he's only overhyped by his 50 fans & his promoter Bob Arum.

Fact is no one knows this guy & I don't even consider this guy a good boxer, I've seen enough of his fights.

I'm starting to really hate Margarito because of his nut-hugging fans that spams this board everyday with garbage.

All those you mentioned are avoiding margarito, because he is a real threat, hatton probably didn't even know he'd have to deal with margarito till now and well, now hes ****ed cause now one way or another he will have to face margarito if he continues at welteweight.

After judah lost to baldomir, he went to arum and they offered tony a fight. Tony said he wouldnt take it because he didnt want to violate his contract with gomez. THere was an article on boxing talk about that.

Hey, now you know how we feel about Pacquiao nuthuggers. And all they talk about is just Pacquiao, and his 3 opponents that got him famous.
