Can a fighter be great if he

Just gets titles handed to him or beats someone who received a vacant title themselves? does it even matter if you are the undisputed champion if you have never beaten anyone worth mentioning for your titles?

Talking about GGG? This is Larrys new infatuation.

Anyway, GGG holds wins over Macklin, Murray, Lemeuix and Geale. All of them were relevant middleweights at the time. There is literally no alternative he could have fought at the time these fights took place.

Cotto didn't want it and Canelo doesn't want it now. There's no one else left. Possibly Saunders or Lee at some stage this year if they are willing to take the fight.

Does your brain solely revolve around ggg, Floyd and life insurance?

Jeez man, I knew who this thread was about even before opening it. You are criticizing the wrong guy. How about calling out the champions that would rather vacate than fight him?

Yes, he might be great. But, no, no one should not be given credit for being great if they haven't accomplished tasks that prove it. Not in sport at least.

There's an internet culture that likes to imagine who is great in this world and who is trash, regardless of what people have actually accomplished.

The little guys don't want to fight Little G, it's not his fault he was born with little balls which prevented him from fighting Ward.
