When Khan is on his game, he's one of elites in the sport so the perceived top fighters are very much aware of that. He's inconsistent and doesn't always perform to his full potential, but when he's on point and focused he's an elite fighter.

Yes I've got to agree with you here he seemed to to struggle a little with Prescott and Garcia and Peterson and did not fill any potential really when he hit the deck against Limond,Gomez and Diaz but did seem to put it all together for the war with Algieri........what planet are you on !

I agree F.L. your lights are out!

Lara threw out a weak jab, then turned around and ran. What pissed me off the most is how Lara called Canelo out! Even right after Canelo just fought. Said he was gonna do this and that!!! I expected him to at least have some BALLZ and back his sht talk up...
It's a Cuban problem. Cubans study "boxing" meaning they assume if they "out box" you (footwork, ring generalship, defense, etc.) then you win. Today, people want fights! They don't understand how difficult some maneuvers are (few have ever been in a boxing gym), especially if you make them look easy! So Lara and Rigo will always be under appreciated! Rocky Balboa is the modern day standard of a "real" fighter.

Do you notice the double standard? Canelo's resume is way better than GGG, but he is criticized for choosing Amir Khan, and GGG is fighting a guy with 18 professional fights. That's similar to Arum criticizing Mayweather vs. Maidana, then he promotes Pacquiao vs. Algieri.

GGG was mandatory to Canelo, and Canelo didn't want it. Don't blame GGG for Canelo fighting a glass jawed WW.

GGG just won the title, IBF says he has to defend it against Wade. Wade is bigger than GGG. Hell, 30 days out Wade is a LHW. GGG is at 163. Light as ****.

At least GGG fights his mandatory. Canelo is scared making up excuses.

If you're trying to tell me that Dominic Wade with 18 professional fights is a tougher opponent than Amir Khan, then you have problems. I remember someone saying "I'll fight anyone from 154 to 168." Now we're happy to fight our mandatory, who is only the mandatory because someone else got hurt. You're right, GGG is light as "****" so there's no reason why he can't go to 155 for Canelo. Don't make any excuses if he chooses not to accept the challenge!
