The only fighter he KOed was NO DEFENSE or HEAD MOVEMENT, head first Hatton.. DLH was done before the fight, Cotto was out gunned and stopped, Marg was just too big for Pac to KO, Pacman still has the ability to drop opponents.

So with this said, Pac still has power, its just opponents are more on the defense and not trying to get KOed unlike Head First Hatton..
