Pointless fight, Kell is becoming an irrelevant fighter because his team refuse to make the step up. The sad thing is that I would fancy him against a lot of the top guys in his division.

        "Khan is ducking Brook"

Brook is ducking the whole division.
So him and Khan are doing the exact same thing?

Well, he's not lying is he?

Both have fought one decent welterweight and avoided the rest of the division waiting on a payday.

Ummm he would've made more vs Kell Brook, so what payday? Not to mention an easier fight, comparatively speaking.

So, Khan ducked Brook to move up 2 weights, lesser $, away from home, against a punishing finisher in a potentially career shortening fight? LOL.

Your post has nothing to do with the topic.

I said Larry's not lying, both Khan and Brook have steered clear of the whole welterweight division outside of one solid welterweight each to wait on a payday.

                  That's just factual.

Khan fighting Canelo instead of Brook is a whole different conversation. For the record, Khan fighting Canelo instead of Brook was a no brainer on his part.

Still doesn't change the fact that Larry was correct in what he was saying. Nothing to do with being "butthurt" (Why on earth people would be butthurt I just can't fathom) he's just saying it like it is.

Khan only had 3 fights at the actual WW limit and been there for 2 yrs, first was a tune up, second was an elite name, third however, was underwhelming, that is 1/3. Now is that the same as Kell Brock* who is a career WW and been World level since 2010? That's about 14 or so fights since he has been a mandatory challenger of one version or another. 1/3 v. 1/14. My premise was, what Khan did for a year was the story of Brook's entire World level career.

You remember even when Khan was unifying at 140 lbs vs Judah, Brook was calling out Khan rather get a title lol.

Again, Khan wasn't looking for a payday or just a payday when the Brook fight pays considerably higher than a pay day vs Floyd and Manny put together. He wants a big fight in terms of magnitude, $ is icing, he has proven that by walking away from bigger money, easier fight to take on Canelo for lesser $ and a harder fight.

Larry was trying to score a cheap point. Khan was in negotiations with Kell, so how is Amir ducking an entire division.

It is butt hurt, which also amazes me cuz Khan is most probably going to lose, it stems from Floyd fans laughing at Khan all that time being left in cold and believing the only way he can get a big fight was their messiah. Just the fact that Khan is involved in a fight of that magnitude eats them. It isn't just this forum btw. Boxing Memes page on FB who are huge Floyd fans, Twitter etc etc

No one is butthurt man, you're not with reality.

Khan avoided the division by not fighting anyone waiting out a Floyd fight or a Pacquaio fight. It's clear as day. I don't care about south of 147 because that's not what was being discussed.

Brook has fought Porter and no one else worth talking about at 147.

Khan has fought Alexander and no one worth talking about at 147.

That's the facts, both could have fought way better opponents but neither want to jeopardise the big fights.

Khan fighting Canelo is the best option for his career. If he wins, amazing. If he loses, Garcia and Brook is still on the table. Kudos to Khan he's in a great position but Larry's point stands; both avoided the entire division.
