        Who's responsibility is it to do the weigh in? Is Russell supposed to go somewhere to be weighed? Are people supposed to come to him to do it? Did he not go or not let people weigh him? Don't really understand this situation.

        I'll be glad when this nutty ass weight cutting bs is ended. Be much simplier for everyone involved to just fight at natural weights & it'd be less dangerous for the fighters on top of all that.
