I don't think Wlad fought any fight, and I'm not sure Fury fought one either. The entire 36 minutes was a rather drab affair, the only time I was genuinely worried was when Wlad was cut yet a few rounds later when the cut was no worse I realised Fury hadn't the power to do to Wlad what Lewis had done to Vitali, I was patiently waiting for the KO for Wlad unfortunately he never really once landing a telling blow which would end the night early as I expected, the rematch I expect a better former champ.
Why would you expect that? If Wlad couldn't mount any sort of offense in the first fight he's either become gunshy (which is more or less a permanent condition) or he has no clue how to handle Fury's style. What's he got to work with there?

^This. People don't refer to him as a gypsy in a bad way, they try to make it sound as if it's a cool thing (you know, the "rebel" mystique). Reminds me of when i was in high school. My dad was a part-time bounty hunter when he was working highway patrol. I ran with that and bragged about it because it sounded cool to be the son of a bounty hunter. It didn't make me cool and Tyson's claims of being an Irish gypsy (when he grew up in Manchester) don't add any cred w/ me. It just sounds like he's trying too hard to build mystique.
