I'm simply stating a worst case scenario, this is a difficult fight for anyone jumping up from 147

However i believe Khan has tools to beat Canelo if he fights a pitch perfect fight. I'll have to see them on the scales first to give my honest opinion. The way Khan looks on the scales will play a big part on who i think will win. Looking at Khan on the scales before the Algeri fight, he looked gaunt, whereas for the Devon fight, he looked healthy and full.

My main issue with this fight is GBP not allowing Khan to win, even if he wins in the eyes of the masses..

Yup you nailed it. Not just money either, either way Kahn comes out looking good. Hes fighting a bigger guy, taking a risk. Cant really criticize him for this one. Imagine if he wins this fight tho. Wow would the middleweight div hit rock bottom, as its almost there already.

How do you figure that genius? Khan has NEVER fought on PPV in the US so what makes you "so sure" that it will be "the highest"??
If Khan was so popular why hasn't he fought on PPV in the US??? Not even once??

You'll probably talk about overseas market which is total horse sheet! Khan is popular in the UK and that's the only market that brings him money. There has NEVER been a PPV boxing event in Pakistan or India or ****ladesh and if you are going to bring up Dubail you are just a blind fan boy. Dubai is a country of ARABS not Pakistanis so why would they buy his PPV when there is so much racism towards Pakistanis there??

        Khan is garbage!

I think what you're trying to say is on the scales Khan looked gaunt and little compared to Algieri as he said himself he couldn't believe just how big Chris looked. In comparison on the scales he looked 'full' enough as Devon has never been a big welter.

If you're looking at giving your opinion based on how this pair will look on the scales it makes little sense ....it will be like seeing Laurel and Hardy.

It's difficult for anyone to jumping from 147 to another weight you say?? Floyd did it so many times. He moved up from 135 to 140 then 147 then 154 and easily beat the top guys.

Why do you have to say "if he fights a pitch perfect fight"? There is always an IF when it comes to Khan and his fans. How someone looks on the scales is what determines an outcome of a fight?? Really??

How did he look when he fought Garcia and Prescott and got knocked out? Did he look gaunt? How about when he fought Diaz? Let me guess, Garcia was lucky with his hook? That's what we hear from all of you.

Can you name one top ten WW fighters that Khan has fought at 147 other than a has been Devon?

Agreed , Khan's first ppv in the uk lasted 54 seconds when he was bombed out by a nobody from there no one can find his ppv figures , he certainly doesn't brag about them!

Tell me right now what match up that's in the works that will generate more numbers then Canelo vs Khan. I'll wait. Plus I never said Khan as the big draw, Canelo is. No other fighter is gonna produce bigger numbers then a Canelo fight. Again answer my question. What fight this year that's confirmed will get more buys then Canelo/Khan?

I actually hope that this backfires for Canelo and Oscar even given the irritant that Khan most definitely is.

Canelo calls himself the middleweight champion but has no desire to fight a true middleweight in fact he wants the other middleweight champion to come down in weight.

Khan is here as the fall guy on mexican weekend he's earning well but the real fight was in his own division for more money ......that's why we're scratching our heads.

I'm going to. And a lot of experts like Dan, Dougie, and some of the other boys are really excited about it like me.

Also Vegas must think Khan has a chance or Canelo wouldn't be JUST a 3:1 favorite...
