Gotta agree with my dude DBN on this one. Al Haymon and Showtime killing HBO and making it look easy.

As I understand, SHowtime and PBC announced long range plans for fights in the spring and summer. I think Haymon learned that you need press events and better marketing to boost your product.

Huge investment by Showtime. Hope it works because their ratings have ****** this year. I am also hopeful the fights on ESPN are quality.

This is exactly what posters said they wanted to see from Haymon and Showtime so I would think all of us would be happy that there is a schedule of fights coming up, even if some are not that enticing.

At least he has something to defend. What about you? Haymon's/Showtimes schedule isn't yours to defend. Pretty silly post

Anyway, i'm looking forward to the fights coming up on Showtime, and i'm glad some fighters got another chance (like Ruslan) on premium tv

If HBO doesn't step it up with their boxing programming then I will have to cancel my subscription.

Even a garbage fight like Lundy/Crawford averaged 982K, as compared to 297K for the Santa Cruz/Martinez.

Ego and some other PBC fans are thanking Al, but I don't think Haymon should be getting credit, I think he was force to go back to Showtime.
